How it Works
Same-Day Service: We aim to deliver orders placed before 3:00 PM local time on the same day. Please note that same-day service is subject to store operating hours, driver availability, and external conditions (such as weather or traffic). Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or during holiday closures will be prioritized for delivery on the next business day.
Professional Fulfillment: We use DoorDash as our official delivery partner. While the order is placed through the Bumper to Bumper website, real-time tracking and delivery updates are provided directly via DoorDash SMS notifications.
15 km Radius: Delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of participating stores.
Eligibility: Look for the "Delivery available" badge on product pages. Final eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Stay informed every step of the way with automated SMS notifications:
Confirmation: You will receive a link to track your order status live.
Pickup: You’ll be notified when your "Dasher" has picked up your order with an estimated arrival time.
Drop-off: Deliveries are contactless. Your driver will leave the order in a safe location and send a final SMS with a photo of the delivery for your peace of mind.
Returns
To ensure your return is processed correctly, all items must be brought back to the original Bumper to Bumper store where the order was fulfilled. For more information on our return policy, please visit our terms and conditions.
